It is our aim to protect our members information and to provide a safe and secure on-line experience. Our website is used to gather information about our members, enabling us to provide a secure area of interaction between current financial club members. Club members have the option of the selecting the privacy level of certain information - this will restrict what other club members can see or have access to in relation to them.

Use And Security Of Your Personal Information

We collect your contact information (name, address, e-mail address and phone numbers etc) to process your club membership and facilitate club activities. The information will be kept confidential to the club and at no time will this information be traded, swapped, exchanged or sold to any other third party or company. Club members have the facilities to choose what level of privacy they attach to their Personal Information.

Club members can access and update their details by logging into the web site. The access is achieved by using the club members log-on id and password. Passwords are stored on our server using one-way encryption technology. A forgotten password can not be retrieved in its original form. A new password must be re-issued each time the customer requests a password. Customers can have the reissued password sent to them by submitting the correct E-Mail address. They will then have the option of changing their password when they log on next.

Credit Card Information

The Citroen Car Club of NSW Inc's website does not handle ANY of the financial transactions conducted in relation to membership done on this website. ALL transactions are conducted at secure sites specifically designed for financial transactions, specifically Pay-Pal and the users bank. Therefore no credit card details are provided to or retained by the Citroen Car Club of NSW Inc.

The E-Mail address you submitted during registration will be used by the Citroen Car Club of NSW Inc for the sole purpose of involving you in club related activities and to provide you with ongoing updates on club activities. Users may opt out of the receiving of Newsletters and Special Bulletins by logging into the website and unsubscribing at any time.
